因一名宇航员出现健康问题 NASA 上月初宣布提前结束 Crew-11 任务。Crew-11 任务于 2025 年 8 月 1 日发射，原计划于 2026 年 2 月 20 日左右返回地面，执行该任务的四名宇航员——38 岁的指挥官 Zena Cardman、58 岁的飞行员 Mike Fincke、55 岁的日本宇航员 Kimiya Yui、39 岁的俄罗斯宇航员 Oleg Platonov 提前了一个多月回到地面。这是国际空间站 25 年历史上首次因医疗问题而进行的紧急撤离。现在 NASA 应 Mike Fincke 的要求披露他就是突发疾病的宇航员，他在 1 月 7 日突发疾病，需要空间站宇航员立即救治，在空间站宇航员快速反应和 NASA 飞行外科医生的指导下他的病情很快稳定了下来。NASA 没有披露病情细节。
