Gemotiveerde sollicitanten die de psychologische keuring bij Defensie niet haalden, krijgen een tweede kans om zich te ontwikkelen binnen Defensie. Dat gebeurt via het civiel ontwikkeljaar van het Defensie Ondersteuningscommando (Dosco). Hierbij werken deze mensen een jaar lang doelgericht aan hun persoonlijke en professionele vaardigheden. De eerste deelnemers startten deze week met een driedaagse bivak tijdens de Maatschappelijke Diensttijd Missie (MDT Missie).
